Westminster Village’s Assisted Living Apartments provides residents with a convenient standard monthly rental option.

Rental Option: Allows residents to pay a monthly rental fee. No long-term contract is required. Security deposit is equal to one-month’s rent for the apartment floor plan selected. Monthly rental fees are based on the apartment floor plan and level of service provided.
